Not only the food items, but all the stuff you buy may seem unnecessary later. So, it’s better that you prepare the list earlier and then go on a shopping spree. Also, prevent payment using a credit card and opt for cash payment as people tend to spend less when paying with cash.
7. Training immensely
Exercising on an empty stomach would cause muscle loss instead of fat loss. So, if you think that not eating anything would help you lose fat easily, you’re so wrong. Additionally, the quality and intensity of your exercise will also deteriorate as your body lacks energy. Hence, it’s better to have something before exercising and it doesn’t need to be a full meal.
