6 Amazing Beauty Products

While it’s fun to experiment with a bevy of different face masks, innovative hair tools, and K-beauty favorites, it can be hard to choose new products to add to your routine — but not if you make it easy on yourself by choosing one (or several) of the life-changing beauty products.
These game-changers have thousands of positive reviews that are so incredibly enthusiastic, you can’t help but want to test them out to see what all the hype is about. Part of what makes these results-driven beauty products so fantastic is the fact that they incorporate unique ingredients and innovative functions that you don’t always see everywhere. Not to mention, many of them are also taking over social media feeds around the world — if you’ve seen the foaming faces of carbonated charcoal mask users, then you’re already ahead of the game.
One might argue that uniqueness is one of the reasons why these beauty products are so popular, but based on user reviews, it’s the results that are putting these goods up on a proverbial pedestal. From feet smoother than a professional pedicure to glowing skin that looks like you get eight hours of beauty sleep each night, the comments speak for themselves. Of course, by trying out these beauty products, you can love them as much as everyone else does, too.

1.Dr Roebuck’s No Worries Hydrating Face Moisturizer

Bells-and-whistles skincare is cool and all, but sometimes you don’t need a moisturizer that does your taxes and calls your grandma. Sometimes, you just want a good, lightweight, moisturizer that doesn’t require a PhD to use. Behold: the No Worries lotion. It moisturizes with hyaluronic acid, rosehip, and macadamia oil, and it absorbs almost immediately, so you never feel sticky.

2.Origins High Potency Night-a-Mins Mineral-Enriched Renewal Cream

No matter how much abuse your skin has endured in your lifetime (we know you slept in your makeup last week, and we’re still not okay with it), it’ll feel pretty much new again after you slather on this cream for a few nights. The little jar regularly sells out online, which is likely due to its high-powered mix of natural fortifiers that firm skin, tighten fine lines, and calm redness, fast.

3. Tata Harper Regenerating Cleanser

This all-natural exfoliating cleanser is one of the best of the best, not only in the green community, but in the cleanser community in general. The reason? It has the ability to gently dissolve dead skin cells and gunk, while also clearing pores with a mix of water-soluble oils and enzymes, all of which work together to stave off breakouts. Oh, and did we mention it smells like an ethereal garden of happiness? Yeah, that too.

4. Sunday Riley Good Genes All-In-One Lactic Acid Treatment

Yes, this is expensive, and yes, you’re going to have some doubts about shelling out the money, but after approximately one week, your crazy-smooth, soft, and clear skin will have made up for the price a billion times over. This cult-favorite night treatment is 5 percent lactic acid, an AHA that gently exfoliates skin on a cellular level to clear clogged pores, plump fine lines, and fade dark spots and acne scars.

5. SK-II Facial treatment Essence

This pricey toner may seem like it’s just nice-smelling water, but the magic is in its main ingredient, Pitera—a yeast derivative rich in vitamins, minerals, amino acid. Researchers at SK-II discovered Pitera after noticing that the hands of sake makers at a brewery in Japan looked startlingly youthful and smooth. Now image what this essence can do to your face with daily use.

6.Meow Meow Grapefruit Deodorant Stick

It is a great all-natural option for keeping your pits nice and dry without the use of baking soda (which might actually irritate your skin).
“This past year, I have tried out several natural deodorants. Trying to get rid of aluminum! Go me, right? WRONG. I tried three different natural brands — and all three resulted in painful, itchy rashes on my sensitive little armpits. Also, I did not smell like roses, daisies, or patchouli. I just smelled. So after scanning the internet and realizing that A LOT of people experienced a similar problem, I realized that it might be the baking soda (found in many natural deodorants) that was the problem. After some MORE research, I found this baking soda-free grapefruit deodorant from Meow Meow Tweet — and it’s great!
Adorable packaging aside (but okay, the packaging is really really adorable), this deodorant works really well at preventing body odor. The grapefruit scent does smell a little ~earthy~ upon application, but it smells really subtle and citrus-y within a few minutes! ALSO. It does not stain  my clothes or leave white marks, which is a pretty big friggin’ deal. So does it keep body odor at bay?
One thing I will say is that — if you have been using regular antiperspirants for a while — this stick does not prevent sweating, and your body may need a bit of time to adjust. I was using an antiperspirant before this so I was sweating pretty heavily when I first switched over to Meow Meow Tweet, but I’ve noticed that my sweating has significantly improved — like my body is starting to regulate itself, which is great. Sorry for all the sweat/B.O. talk, but if you’ve been trying to find a natural deodorant that doesn’t leave your armpits with angry red splotches/doesn’t make you smell, this stuff is amazing. Highly recommend!!” —AnaMaria Glavan
