Ingredients: Ripe banana and an avocado.
Why it works: Banana softens hard feet. Avocado fixes dry skin by restoring essential fatty acids.
How to prepare: Cut the banana into pieces and place it in a blender. Cut the avocado into two halves and place one half into the blender. Blend and add a little water in the mixture. Keep for 10 minutes before use.

How to prepare: Shea Butter is found in the market.
How to apply: Apply a large amount of shea butter and massage it for around 5 minutes. After applying it, cover it with a pair of socks overnight.
