3. Lemon and honey
• Ingredients:-
1. ½ lemon
2. 2 teaspoons of honey
3. 1 glass of warm water
• Instructions:-
1. Add the juice of half a lemon to a glass of warm water.
2. Mix well and add two teaspoons of honey to it.
3. Drink the solution immediately.

5. Parsley juice
• Ingredients:-

2. ½ cup of water
3. ½ lemon
4. Honey (optional)

1. Wash the parsley leaves and blend them.
2. To the blend, add the juice of half a lemon and honey.
3. Drink the mixture on an empty stomach.
Drink it in the morning for 5 days regularly and then take a break of 10 days.
